Sessions are not to be construed as any kind of counselling service, psychiatric treatment, or other health service.

Any suggestions or advice given is not to be considered as medical advice.

Service users are always responsible for their own actions; Wycked Women Ltd nor any coaches within Wycked Women will be held liable in any way for any actions taken following sessions.

By booking a session the service user agrees to have their email address added to the Wycked Women email list. They may unsubscribe at any time.

No notes will be taken or held by Wycked Women as part of Time To Talk sessions.

Reschedule and Refund

Sessions can be rescheduled with not less than 24hrs notice.

Sessions can be cancelled with up to 48hrs notice for a full refund.

Sessions cancelled within 48hrs will be subject to 50% fee; Sessions canceled within 24hrs will not be refunded.

In the event that a session has to be cancelled by the coach, service user may be offered a reschedule. If a reschedule is not possible a full refund will be offered.

Refund will be made at the GBP rate paid, not the currency paid by the service user at the time of booking. Note that exchange rates may vary and this is outside of the control of Wycked Women Ltd. and will not be held liable for any loss incurred by a service user obtaining a refund as a result of international transactions or exchange rates.

Refund is not available once a session has commenced.

Reschedule is not available once a session has commenced.

Payment

Prices and payment are in GBP. Any charges and fees incurred by a service user who is paying in a different currency are their responsibility and not covered by Wycked Women Ltd.

Payment is to be made in full and in advance of any sessions.

There are 3 price points for Coffee With A Coach. It is the service users own discretion which of these they choose. Wycked Women Ltd will not challenge or otherwise question the option selected by the service user.
